Ya, will not tie myself down with such contracts..

I still remember that time with the petrochem one, must sign contract with the agency stating 3 months cannot quit, if not, must pay 70% of the 3 months salary..

Only to realize, one extra day is mental torture (esp with the yao gui senior) if the job is a mismatch..

I still remember I am the only one in office rushing design on Christmas eve and Christmas.

So 1 day after 3 months, when they wanna confirm me (3 mths notice once confirm), I dumped and endure the last month...

So, never will I sign such contract again.
