Hoho, I rejected the interview tomorrow after meeting with the agency. The company is offering a 3-5 years contract.

And if anytime wanna leave, must pay 50% of the contract. :bigeyes:

Benefit wise also so so, every week must OT 3 days till 7:30, got cab home but OT is 10 bucks for 2 hours. And got to work 2 Saturday every month. :bigeyes:

Only good thing is 3-4 months bonus..

I rather stay in current company and slowly look around. :bsmilie:

Last time when I was in a petrolchem company, got this senior that goes after the $20 bucks for 3 hours..

And he really knn, makes junior stay back with him, by making a lot of correction to the design, so he can justify taking cab back home thru company payment... :angry:
