Are you asking whether Azure is legally capable of entering into a contract upon which it can be sued if any disputes arise?
More specifically, is Azure capable of entering into any contract?

Who is this Azure?...
It's in the interest of the members here to at least know whether Azure is legally an adult ..

Precisely. However, checking with ACRA I found no Azure Models registered either as a business or a company. The reason I did a check was TS answers to posts were dodgy and though she claimed the contrary, she had posted photos on the site without the consent of the photographers and even listed a model, using my photos, without her knowledge. We were contemplating initiating legal proceedings.

There is a Azure in CS .. wonder any relationship ?? :dunno:

Oh I see, so what you are saying is that she infringed copyright in the photographs taken by you and that she did not get permission from a model before listing her as being associated with "Azure", nor sought her consent before using photographs of that model?Oh my....

Please note that I have sought my models' consent before I would post up their pictures.
Like I have mentioned once.
If u do know which model claimed that I've misused their pictures,
come ahead and inform me.
There's no way that this problem could be solved
without knowing who is the culprit behind it.
I work with my conscience, and i'm not guilty of any misusage or so.
There's not a need to create such a huge dispute over this.

And without watermark, any pictures could be leeched,
and there's no point bring the legal rights.
Especially when u did not get any copyrights at all.

And as mentioned long long ago, My agency is a freelance agency.
I believe that if i have a group of models under me,
It is always more appropriate to have a name to represent myself.
Just like MoodsMM. Neither did she register her agency as well isn't it?
We are just bringing further services for you guys.
And if theres no appreciation,
quit crapping.

Working with people who appreciates the effort is my policy.

To the person who caused this dispute,
Please do not OT my thread.
If u wish, you could email me at missy_tokong@hotmail.com
to bring up on this matter.
Because I'm open to all discussion (:

I would also like to say a big thanks to those who have been keen
and supporting me all along. I love u guys!

love,
render

Hmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but are you saying that you have leeched photographs for your website as you are of the view that photographs without watermarks can be leeched??

All the best :)

And may I say, without any evidence,
Do not accuse me and take no steps to attempt in ruining my reputation.
Please be very wary of what U are claiming to be the truth.

Once again, speak to me personally if there's any misunderstanding.
It's really immatured of u not to clarify it in the first place,
before coming up with your self proclaimed conclusion.

I have gotten consent from my models.
And my website is open to them.
They could have told me if the photographer disallow their photographs to be posted.
In fact, this is a very small issue.
The person who is being affected could have informed me
to remove that particular photograph. Isn't it?

I'm very sure that I did ask all of my models' consent
before I post the pictures up.

Hmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but are you saying that you have leeched photographs for your website as you are of the view that photographs without watermarks can be leeched??

Otherwise, why are photographers so afraid of their pictures being leeched?
Who are u to claim that those pictures are yours?

Hey peggy, just for your info, my company is currently REGISTERED as a biz.
You can hit up ACRA and check out Moods Model Management.

The reg. no. is 53085002L.
THis company has been registered close to a month ago.

I'm aware of the recent commotion and to protect myself, I have engage LEGAL secretorial boards and called up ACRA to propose a change in

A) Conversion to a Pte. Ltd
or
B) Conversion to a LLP (Sole proprietorship)

I have done sufficient research to carry out my cause.
I have recognised you as one of my core bookers as well, but i clearly stated that This company is not related to anyone in particular.
Yes, I do have agents, but I do not favour any one in particular.

On a personal note, my models ARE contracted, and bound to a certain extend.
Many clients have worked with me and are pleased with the services i provided.

I do not wish to be dragged into your situation, and I assume making a comparison out of me, or any other agencies is not the way to go.

Once again, I am looking into options such as pte. ltd and Limited liability partnership for assurance. I do not want to get entangled in any legal issues.

This thread was brought to me awareness by several photographers. In any case, I do not wish to become a topic for any commotion.

Thanks. :)
No pun intended in any way.

 ups for you though.

Read my comments again - I'm not sure how your answer answers my question - but I note that you have taken the view I've said earlier once more. You have however, now challenged the authors to prove authorship - but that doesn't detract from the fact that you may have infringed copyright.

Once the complainants can prove authorship, you are essentially screwed.

All I want to say is that not having a watermark does not mean that there's a sign there saying "Please Leech Me! I'm free to use". I think you may be mistaken in that regard.

Do not take this the wrong way, I'm not against you or your business - just trying to give you some perspective on things which you may have made wrong assumptions on.

Like i've mentioned earlier on.
Stop OT-ing my thread.
If there's a need please divert to my inbox.
This is only dedicated for clients who are keen to engage my models.

Problem could been solved as long as he tell me who is the model.
This issue had been raised upon long ago, and I already initiated him to do so.
But still no replies till date. And he still again, claimed that I've misused his pictures.

I repeat, I work with my conscience, And I've got the consent from all of my models.
I do not own psychic power to get all the photographers' consent
when I do not even know who took the pictures at all.

Once again, please stop flooding my thread with the disputes.
It's between me and him. Please direct to my inbox.

Thanks dear. Point noted. Because initially your company wasn't registered.
I apologize for my lag in retrieving updates.

:nono: if your clients are amature photographers,
please do not step all over them
by not respecting their copyright

many would be insulted by your statement above
so please be more tactful
