Im sorry dude, i hate hearing things like this, I get angry with such a topic and dont think before i act, i apologize again.

Yeah, that was not smart.

What would be a good punishment for the perpetrator? Sue the pants off them for the dog's medical fees. Any excess? Donate to SPCA. Shame them in press (don't put up posters though - I hear that is illegal in Singapore. True?).

Still would like to hear how the dog is doing. Hope no news is not bad news.

It's really quite impossible to communicate with someone that doesn't want to, or can't, and insists on avoiding the issue after stirring the pot.

Of course we shouldn't think that dogs life is ontop of human being, but with regards to this particular case, the offender disregarded life of a living being. Personnally, I will regard the offender's life lower than of a dog.
