Welcome to the dark sideHey, I just jump from SonY alpha to Nikon D90 today....![]()
Go lay your hands on it  :bsmilie:I drooled;p a few times looking at how D90 produce better dynamic range:bsmilie:
but the D70 is still *shuck shuck* strong..haha...can't justify dumping it or selling it like a compact le...
Anyway, I don't really need to get high on ovaltine & milo to get the D90. Anytime, I will choose the D90(fingers crossed..before any new model is out to tempt:bsmilie![]()
ermm i dunno, i simply google "Nikon D90 manual download", and that's the site i got. ;p
Are you able to create HDR directly from D90 - a rough one that is? I'm thinking of shoot 3 images with + - EV and then compose images 1 over 2, the result (of 1+2) over 3?

I dun think D90 is able to create HDR img if i nt wrong~, but i use the bkt function which allows me to shoot 3 image and automatically sets fr me + ,- for 2 of them, and by using photomatic i am able to create a HDR image. tried and work but the pictures are nt fit to be viewed here =X:thumbsd:
Yes D90 can't produce HDR on the spot.. Only exposure bracketing.
These exposures can be anywhere from a 1/3 to a full stop apart and be used to create an HDR image if you expose the complete range of tones in your bracketed frames - HDR software is relatively easy to learn - Photomatix is consider the better of the third party products, but you can also use Photoshop CS.
And it should be Photomatix.![]()
And be careful not to spell it "Photomati"
If not, have to call undertaker already, to bury the photo.
