Exactly what Cowseye said, what happened to your BM-11?

I have the BM-11. What I meant was the film type screen protector.

You can get GGS from OP at SLS for $12. GGS has 2 types, 1 is the stick on and the other clip on like BM-11. Bt they only have the stick on type when i was there. It's not hard to apply as it is nicely cut and it not those plastic protector used for phone which u might scare bubbles to form if apply wrongly. Its made of glass therefore no worries. No harm trying to ask them to paste if really no confident.

i bought the GSS at $16 from TKphoto. the one which u need to first remove your DK-21 (rubber eye piece)
and then slide onto the body, looks neat imo. comes with top lcd (stick on )

best to go down cathay or TKphoto to have a look.

Just wanna show how the GGS III on a D7000 looks like.
Do take note that since your eye is going to be slightly further away from the viewfinder, it makes it harder to see VF's corners while shooting.
Theres no clip at the bottom but the fit is reasonably tight, shouldnt have any issues of objects snagging the bottom corners.
