12 bucks for svc is worthwhile me think

I agree with you 12 bucks for svc is worthwhile.
But gd or bd service depend on personal feelings. when I went to Funan, I also got one shop quote me 1900, but their service is not gd. The sales guy even not bother to stand up.

By far, John 3:16 has the best service. Cathay, TK lose to them. I regret not buying my D7000 from John 3:16 because I forgot that they are closed on sundays! So I bought from Tk. But subsequent accessories and lens, I will get them from John. Paying a little extra for a service is better for me.

Thanks for the feedback. Is the pull-push zoom easy to use? Am not sure whether can get use to it from the normal zoom function.

you can get the original MBD11 grip from TK foto. They also carry the Phottix brand which is about half the price of the original piece. You may also check with Sgcamerastore for another 3rd party brand.

battery grip should get u around 230 onwards and extra batt ranging 40-60 dollars the en-el15, not sure if it's available already. asked few months ago said wasn't out yet lol.

I've never seen a feature to delete both files at the same time, but my guess would be this. since you're backing it up in case you accidentally delete it, you'll still have a backup, then they probably don't want such a feature. maybe it's for cases where you have more than enough memory space to store your photos and have no need to delete any
