:)

remember not to push your iso too high, and if you have to then look out for low contrast areas :)

Anybody use battery grip on their D60?

i dont think there is a battery grip for D60..

anyone can confirm this?

Thanks:)

Nope...

D50, D40, D40x, D70, D70s are all beginner's cameras. They were not designed with a vertical grip in mind. These are meant to be small and light.

Adding a grip defeats this purpose in design.

do you use AF-A and set the dial to M while the lens set at A for photo shot?
me try using this to take a few shot pic turns out quite sharpe.
me play with the forcusing on the lens also.

Yup, there is. 3rd party ones. Received mine on Wednesday. Bought from LinkDelight @ Ebay. Deliver in 1 week. Shiok. The vertical shutter works well oso, butno halfway press. It will auto focus and fire the shutter. Comes also with a 6 AA battery pack holder. Gold plated contacts. Useful as my fingers got more real estate to grip the camera.

thank you for your comments...will continue to practice to shoot more

btw, thanks for all who given suggestions on how to shoot night scene..

anyone knows how to enlarge the pictures that i've posted here from Flickr?

:)

your URL image link has to link to the page where the photo is expanded. Don't link to the thumbnail. I think that is the cause.

i read somewhere that camera need to be protected when shooting at beach..is it true?

if yes,how? :)

Also... saltwater is SUPER-CORROSIVE...

take care

how about the front lens?

should it be protected by UV filter or polarizing filter?

i have UV filters on all my lenses, so i dunno, but i'd say use a UV filter, then wipe down your camera/filter with a damp when you get home from the beach. remember to use a fan to blow it dry after wiping. (and make sure the clothe isn't too wet)
