my cousin told me he bought a cheap tripod at $18+ like tat n can stand quite high. mayb i can get tat?? hehe...but then again..go shilin with a tripod...abit damp mood leh...haa..

haha...going wif my bf n sis lah. had fun taking photo! H1's great! but my bf n sis wait until sian. haha...but not bad lah, 3.5hours...my 512+64+32(internal) memory full...haha..quite rush actually

actually a small 1 may do jus fine 4 u. a compact table-top *dunno say how many time le leh* Manfrotto can oso. it folds 2 d size of a mini (handbag size) umbrella. so small & light it will hardly dampen mood de.

hahaa, told u H1 add filter adaptor will b bigger ler, more obiang somemore. early-early i o-ready mention. if d lense cap can use den ok loh. ur H1 can use filter de. lol, u can test out wad. shoot liao den preview lor. :kok: :kok:

zip-loc bag 4 d instruction manual is a kiasu preferance. jus in case water find its way into ur bag.

Wow...very interested with H1 and was doing some searching on this topic....All I can say is ...You Guys Make Me Very "Gain"...now hands itchy, legs itchy, cannot sleep well....
Try calling up some sony authorised shops for RFQ and 1 qouted S$720. Freebis....he said all as in the box. So, guys, if I got from him. Can I still get my free 512M and batts from the Sony?:dunno:

U might wanna wait for the Sitex fair at the end of the mth to check out if there's any better offers? Usually such fairs will throw in a few more freebies (some useful, some useless)... go on the last day to catch a better deal. However, if u juz wanna get the cam alone & nothing else, then juz get it fr the shop tt gives u the lowest quote. For accessories such as filters & wide/tele-converters, u can get 3rd party ones at much lower price.

i think the free 512mb is from sony, & only during promotion period, which i think is over liao lor. ya..wait for the sitex fair bah...u can try on spot, see wat kinda freebies they're giving. i think u need to go on the first day & last day. first day is to see what freebies they're giving, then go home check the value online or watever...see whether the package is worthy, compared to wat the shops offer. then last day if u wanna buy it. hahaha....well, i couldnt wait for the fair cuz i was going to taiwan;p

Sony is having festive season promotion now till 16 jan, so the freebies still applied.
Btw the retail price now is $799, so i think you can consider getting it cheaper elsewhere.

same deal tat i got earlier...but price cheaper! but beware - the freebies to be claimed from Sony have expiry date. i collected the freebies on the day i bought the camera, cuz the expiry date was the next day or something. so be alert
