I suggest buy a new tube will do.

The learning point here is to carry an extra tube, pump & tyre levers for rides.

But, firstly one must know how to change tyres...i say only cos i also dont know how :bsmilie:

hi! tserv no tubeless leh, only got tubed one. i think you can check your inner tube and see if it's pinched flat or not.

Thanks guy for the advise. i will go down to a bike shop later or tml...

Only the back tire is punctured:cry: worst part is i gotta walk out from yishun damp to my hse.

agreed with lenson, t-serv didn't have tubeless, unless u r talking abt MTB then yes tubeless. just change ur *nai ni* will do. before changing it, check on ur t-serv whether any sharp objects around the side walls.

i built the bike back in '98. the frame was already 2nd hand when i bought it, had dings, scratches, etc. but it was straight and rock solid. that's still the original paint and decals on the bike. i've never ridden anything stiffer than this bike. power goes directly to the rear wheel without any frame flex.

ah... i don't know if the new XT stuff would fit into my stumpy. i got the bike in the early 90's. anyone have a 90's XT groupe set lying around?

i think u still can get a decent 90's groupe in togoparts.com or smbf.com.sg/forum, else get an SLX 1 grade cheaper then XT...have fun shopping..

Hi

For AVA 3.0 with disc brakes, you can get for $600 at TCH Bikes at Whitesands. From my research, I think thats the best price already

you don't have to carry the whole bike, just remove the back tyre and bring that to the shop.

hmm thanks..i might be going in evening later..will check it out.. the thing about the shop that i visited yesterday is that its 4 bus stops from my place :bsmilie: so paying 50 more for convenience might make sense...hehe

any recommendation fOR entry level roAD bike. Hope to get alum frame, composite fork, shimano tiagra set. Weigh less than 9kg. Possible to get under $1500?

Giant / Raleigh, any good?

i'd take the polygon helios. quite good for value for entry level road bike. can call some shops to check out the prices. a few models are below your budget.
cheers;)
