Got some packing list there too..

Anyone else with a packing list for ICT? :)

I dun pack unless going for overseas ICT then i start packing 1 day before n on the day of sending kit bag!:bsmilie:

Normal just bring what u need. I only bring in outfield stuff when goin for out field. Normal SOP items n snacks for picnic!:bsmilie:

If the reporting time is 0730H and you come in at 1000, you have a pretty high chance of being charged bro...
I always in-pro at 10am, then I will still have time to go for my breakfast. The 'efficiency' of reservist unit is highly predictable. I've been to 7 ICT, non has ever started moving before 11pm even though the in-pro timing is 8am.

And one advise for trainees who don't wish to get 'elected' for any sort of appointments, never do 18 pull-ups when the majority give up at 10

Useful info, but I think when I retired eventually, I will keep these items, too much blood, sweat and toil on them...
Keen on the new SBO though...

the mesh type LBV looks nice but not much any good for it namesake as load baoring vest. went back ICT & borrowed 1 to try on. quite disappointing.

if your unit allow, for about $350 can get no joke D.O.A.V Assualt Vest (hydration system not included)!

enough pockets for snack bars... ;p

IPPT coming...
Any recommendations for a pair of running shoes for a 76kg old guy?
Say under 100$?
Light as possible.

Hey does anyone know if the IPPT test at Maju is still 3 rounds around the parade square area?

Thanks

I was told they moved into the multi storey car park so that rain or shine they can still conduct the runs.

According to some, it seems the shade made it a better run with higher passing rate.

Worth a try.
