for those who want to meet in Hanoi directly ..... NO PROBLEM.... you will meet us on Day 1 either at:

1. the Hanoi airport arrival area when the rest of the group arrives OR
2. at the Hanoi train station (we're going from airport straight to train station after arriving)

the land costs are S$348...... I will STILL need a deposit of at least S$150

THAT MEANS, you arrive in Hanoi BEFORE we do. The group will NOTwait for a couple of guys to arrive

I'm really considering this trip. Anyone going to take flights on their own and meet the group there? I'm thinking of using my SQ mileage for this one but will arrive earlier on the same day and leave earlier on the last day.

If anyone else considering of doing this, let me know. Don't wanna go there alone and get lost, better to have other kakis along.

temperatures are ard 10+ not above 15 for sure. There might be drizzles but i doubt there will be heavy downpour but then again, it is up to GOD to decide :bsmilie:

10+ day time or night time..? I would assume day/night temperature difference is about 5degree.

Sapa is so cold ??? thanks for the warning, i was prepared to just pack bermudas and t-shirts!
