I think this whole fireworks thing is a conspiracy by the camera manufacturers to boost up their cable release sales :think:

Fireworks on Lunar New Year Eve 17 Feb and Yuan Xiao 4 Mar will be 8 minutes, while fireworks on other nights will be 5-6 minutes.

Fireworks on Lunar New Year Eve will be lit at 12 midnight, while on other nights it will be 9pm. Opening Night 16 Feb will be at 9:15pm.
