Hope this is not too late. The firing location is situated at the IR site.

Location : Marina Bay

Craft : 2 safety/cordoning boats

Caution : Users of Marina Reservoir are to keep off the fireworks area demarcated by the red boundary line in the drawing below at least 30 minutes before the firing time indicated above; and to comply with the directions given by the CISCO officers on board the above-mentioned safety/cordoning boats.

The fireworks was at 7.53pm. I arrived at ntuc center right after the first round went off, did not have time to setup tripod. Anyone took photo?

Yeah, it was early. I was standing at the bridge, got some photos there. Will probably go again on monday.

:think: I suspect the timing was a little off .. it started EARLY!

Alot of photographers were caught off guard - even me.

To the forumer (i think he's from here) who spoke to me ... really pity you cos you made the trip down to be caught off guard, and no, you were not scammed - they started early :sweat:

A security guard came and chatted up with me as I was setting up my tripod. "Fireworks at 9 PM" he said. I thought to myself "how can the brethren at ClubSNAP be wrong ?". As I was still setting up my camera on the tripod, boom boom, before i even started off, the fireworks were over. One of the lousiest ever. :angry:
Let's hope the fireworks on Saturday night are better organized.
