my submission got rejected when i tried to submit a photo not more than 500kb.
but it's ok when i tried not more than 200kb.

Deadline for submission for entries will be 16th March 2008 (based on timestamp on Gallery server).

Entries are to be uploaded to the following section on the Gallery server

Luckily I saw your post because I also missed out such an important point :sweat:
Go to you own picture and hit the edit photo icon at the below your picture and browse to a new picture that you want to upload to replace it. I did it too.

It makes sense actually, since the competition is going to be happening 6 times @ bi-monthly intervals starting from Feb'08 as stated in the first page.

Hmmm, for some reason, the colours in the photo I've uploaded turn out differently (Pretty vast difference) as compared to what its shown on my Mac.

File was saved in RGB mode with sRGB2.1 colour profile embedded using PSCS2. Any idea what could've caused this? Or have I done something wrong.

same here. looks different from even the windows xp preview.

No idea how mine would turn up on Windows computer but one things for sure, colours display correctly on any programmmes that opens JPEG on any Mac. It's only when its uploaded to the web, it shows differently, less saturation and somewat pale looking.

Dun use a Mac.. but notice the color shift after the load as well... Haa.. Think its time to sit back .. relax and await the verdict!!
