Hi, one of my pic is selected but can someone shares the actual submission process?

Am told not all pics collected will be printed due to constraints...

Am concerned of copyrights.. and the submission dateline is also very tight.. 28 Jun (tmr).. am just told today.

well, can't share why we choose as its rather subjective than objective, hence hard to list it down technically.

yup, my pm to you says that, cos it depends on how fast i receive the files, if the files come in too late, its impossible for them to print. hence i put in that clause just in case someone shoot me when their pics are not printed. hope you guys understand.

as for copyrights, as fellow photographers, we're seriously concerned about that.

so in simple sense to reassure you guys.

1) the pic i am collecting will not be used as my portfolio or anything else, its just for printing.

2) why i say no watermark, no border, cos there will be a custom border and remember i said i need your pic title and name? its actually for printing on the border. its also more uniform if everyone uses the same border and font format. and the pic will be viewed better without any watermark.

3) the picture will be given back to you guys, the files given to us will be deleted away from our hdd and such.

all in all, we respect copyrights as much as most of you do, or much more.

Hey Del_CtrlnoAlt, when i click on the link provided by you, i get a

"You do not have permission to view the images in this category."

So i can't see which pic you have chosen.

I have 2 msgs from you. One states the name of the file so i don't need the link as i already know which file. The other just has the link which is invalid. I am guessing its the pic that you have 'rated' but i cannot confirm.

How?

I've just been informed by members that you guys have received pms which states my ratings for your individual pictures.

Please reassure that the ratings are not the real scores by which i rate pictures, its actually my way of selecting which pics goes to which section. Just in case you guys are wondering.
