hahaha c'mon, that was mock anger. :nono: surely you knew? anyway i also know both are useful...they cost good money! im not buying anything for this year liao anyway. overspent too much liao.

Today i just did my DIY diffuser.. later i post to let you guys see. haha charging my lousy ancient P&S :D

I was joking only.
Bro, dun take it so seriously.
I am sorry if that makes you to be so angry.
If I were you, I will take the 10-22mm or Tokina UWA.
Personally, I perfer the Tokina UWA as the build quality is very good.

well, anyway...molo me n a few goin to Changi village for some shoot..

Seems to be able to work

:bsmilie:

It may not seems very nice with the glue and tapes, but well, its a proto-type! haha
Sorry for the bad IQ , using P&S camera...

And the plus point for it is i can close and open the pop-up flash even when the diffuser is attached :bsmilie:

very nice!! i really like it! if u want comments on how u can improve, i'd say size and portability would be the items you can work on...but generally i think its a very good job!

Thanks! Yea, i also think that the flash wont really need such a wide surface. Maybe i will go into Prototype mark III lol.

mark I is really ugly and flimsy. No point to even show :bsmilie:

Good DIY.
I might try that idea for my former camera FZ50.
Thanks for sharing.
Hope to see more sharing of useful information here.

i like the fact that u used the hotshoe to secure ur diffuser, since a diffuser for the built in flash means the user wun be using a mounted flash = dont need the hotshoe anyway!

No problem ;) The pop-up diffuser cost around 20+ to 37++ when i go and ask from Cathay-M didnt really see the point of wasting the money. And DIY is more rewarding i guess, just that maybe if i bring this around for shoot , there will bound to be people laughing :bsmilie:

Yea, the thing to note that for my 450, the right side pin of the hot shoe cannot be depress all the way, or the camera will think that a external flash is mounted, then the pop up flash wont rise. You guys can try =) the left one do nothing
