Are you on the APAD (A Photo A Day) thread? I personally find it very good. It encourages me to keep taking photos and post it regularly, so that I get to practice shooting often. Otherwise, the camera would tend to be in the dry cabinet and taken out only during functions or outings. Keeps me practicing.
Just wanted to share my thoughts.

I find it good to interact more with the camera, but than sometimes too tired than don't feel like taking the camera out.
Agree with your thoughts. That's why APAD is a way to keep pushing you to keep shooting and look for creative angles even in the most ordinary situations.

Well, I guess you may need to reduce the size of the files uploaded. I can go for 30 days, one photo a day, without hitting the limit. Check out the sizing for APAD uploads in APAD thread.

should be the current price i guess.. got my bag for $100 flipside 200 during mid oct 08.
300 should be more spacious than my 200. I only find it troublesome if i want to take in and out the camera as the opening is at the back of the bag. But good for transporting the equipment around. I think Fastpack is more convenient as opening are from the side.

How do you feel about that bag?
I intend to put my camera with BG, kit lens, 50mm, 430EXII and 55-250mm IS [next purchase] inside that bag.
Will it be big enuf to put them inside that bag?

with my BG attached. I am unable to fit it nicely to my 200. as for the 2 additional and a flash on the 200 not a problem. I see that flipside 300 depth is 1.2cm more. BG attached will not be a problem. if you really the description of the bag. they stated Pro SLR and for 200 they stated DSLR only. Now i know what is the different. lol.
By the way, it is comfortable for all the padding behind you.
One thing i don't like is the tripod position is right at the center of the bag. I can't lean my back as my tripod will get scratches. But it give you the balance of the weight. Imagine tripod by the side. your bag will slightly tilted one side. Very contradicting... Nothing is perfect i guess.
