Reason... my hand TOO SMALL :3

Hey all, I own a 450D too. 17-85, 50 f1.8, aiming to get the 35 f2. :D

Anyone heard of the 450D having problems with the AF? I read on DP forums that there are quite a few people with AF being too soft, etc. Anyone?

I'm a newbie who just bought a 450D last Saturday and is having a ball of a time learning. Looking forward to learning more :)

I love my 450D so much I think this may be the first DSLR that will stay with me for > 1 year. :bsmilie:

Like some of you, I find the XXD cameras too large for my hands.

I know I will need a back-up camera at some point but have yet to decide which one to go for: 1000D or another 450D.

DP forums are filled with all kinds of crazy people. I won't pay too much attention to the complaints there.

I dig 50D for the AF adjustment and the AF sensor... other den that........ not much

*trying to be rational*

Hi. I just bought my 450D a couple of weeks back only. Right now using 55-250MM, 50MM F1.8 and 18-55MM kit lens. Looking for a good bag and tripod. Just wondering after how many shutter counts do we need to send for lens cleaning or servicing? I will like to do it within the warranty period.

how to join the outing huh?? :)

Hi,

I am also a 450D user with 18-55f3.5-5.6IS and 50f1.8 and battery grip.

now thinking of getting the 55-250mm since the 18-200mm is so much expensive...

May I know what lens & camera settings do you used to capture these shots?

For all the shots, I used the EF-S55-250mm lens. For the night shots of the F1 cars, I had to use ISO 1600, +2 Exp, WB to Fluorescent setting and set the shutter speed to 1/200 to catch the cars. I really had to max out just about every setting on the camera.

The F1 cars were very fast round the circuit and you really have to watch their line so that you can pre-empt them and get ready to shoot when you hear them coming. :D
