in fact, i hope can upgrade to OS3.0 asap.

Dunnit to think so much on how to cope with the switch. Mac to PC is easy as ABC. Nit like my lecturer, quite dumb IMO, keep saying PC is crap when he only knows how to use Mac.

Simple command like Alt + Enter to full screen also dunno. I believe Mac is also about the same.

Only think about Mac is, there's no right click and the Ctrl button is the button like infinity sign. That's about it. In depth go and play with it yourself. Haha! :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

if the batt test is done properly, one surely can tell how bad is the issue, if any. then u can make a call to go ahead or abandon the deal. if u have no choice (say u found a lens at an attractive price), u can always get lens calibrated, be it at CSC (for canon lenses) or David (from P&G - for 3rd party lenses).

What/where is P&G?

whether the f/b focus is significant, i would say it is in my line of work. a 2mm f/b focus is not good if one can observe it. this will be even worst if shooting at the minimum focusing distance, where the error is magnified (f/b focus is visually more pronounce). imagine if using a lens with front focus, u focus at her eye, but the other eyes below are in focus (if u know what i referring to.. ;p , xhui excuse me hor ...), how would u be able to deliver the final photos?

So, since the lens is still under warranty from OP, I should get the back-focusing fixed right?
I can understand how lens problems can be solved by the manufacturers themselves, but how about for grey sets with shop warranties? I've got to wait for the lens to be sent back to Sigma in Japan? How long does that take?
Do I have to show proof of problem? (i.e. photo of focus test chart showing back focusing)
Would the lens come back all "perfect" like how all the American reviews of the Sigma 30mm describe it?
How good/bad is OP with regards to keeping up with their warranties? Anyone had any experience?

P&G is at Funan area if I'm not wrong.

Your Sigma is a grey set since you said its warranty is from OP? If so then you probably can only go back and ask them but I can guarantee they won't do a swap for you.

I used MF only as AF is not fast enough.
Luckily still got some ok shot.

I swear I regretted not borrowing my friend's 70-200 f2.8. :cry:
But at least my shots after PP still can make it.

Those that I saw are Nikon's big guns.
