What/where is P&G?

P&G is located beside CamX (near canteen), same building where TCW is. P&G was at the basement of adelphi (dunno still there or not).

So, since the lens is still under warranty from OP, I should get the back-focusing fixed right?
I can understand how lens problems can be solved by the manufacturers themselves, but how about for grey sets with shop warranties? I've got to wait for the lens to be sent back to Sigma in Japan? How long does that take?
Do I have to show proof of problem? (i.e. photo of focus test chart showing back focusing)
Would the lens come back all "perfect" like how all the American reviews of the Sigma 30mm describe it?
How good/bad is OP with regards to keeping up with their warranties? Anyone had any experience?

give them a visit, call before going. bring along your body to show how bad is the f/b focus issue. since yours is a grey, i guess the lens is not under warranty, so u may need to pay the charges. but u can try getting ard it by sending emails to the top management of Sigma in Japan, cc those in Singapore.

If I m not wrong,
this one shd be referred to large (L) JPEG format [8 bits and min compression]
But what is this requirement for?
