APS-C is a cropped sensor in a DSLR camera body. Uses either 1.6x or 1.3x magnification to receive the output of a Full Frame 35mm picture.lol..but of course!:bsmilie: I am a serious "artist" not hum sup uncle ...haha
Opps...I think should be APS-C...yup its a crop sensor for Canon. Darkside calls it DX I think.I mentioned I have a 55-250mm range so 300mm won't make a big difference so might as well go for 400mm instead to have any difference. As to what to look out for, I am still researching it, I am still thinking if I even need IS, very big difference in price.
How's Tokina's colour output and picture results?Because the price I paid for Tokina was much lower than Canon.

Well, Nikon is so much better in giving, Hoods and pouches as standard. As well as a hard screen protector on the D90. And their packaging to protect the camera is way better than Canon. Everything is in individual boxes. Canon is, all just messed up in bubble wrap. Haha.

I'm dual wielding cameras for different ranges. You seriously going to the darkside?
Haha! I will stick to 'Delighting You Always' because 90% of my shooting buddies are delighting ourselves whenever we meet up for our occasional shoots. The remaining 10% still follow us but then leh, they are not delighted because we have so many stuff to swap around and play. ;p

1.3x cropped factor is known as APS-H.APS-C is a cropped sensor in a DSLR camera body. Uses either 1.6x or 1.3x magnification to receive the output of a Full Frame 35mm picture.

Canon is still my Primary Camera. Nikon is for Videos and plain fun. Higher ISO.Wah. To maintain both sides, you're gonna burn big holes. I would prefer to have a 2nd body instead of different makes.
A bit off track for awhile, anyone working at the coming IT Show?
Yeap, i forgot the name of the last letter for 1.3x sensor.1.3x cropped factor is known as APS-H.![]()

Currently only me and another bro. Come guys. Join us. I also got loads of assignments but I need to get some breather. Haha!
Hi,
I don't really post much as I don't feel I have much to contribute yet. I would like to join you guys this sat. I've had an incredibly hectic 2 weeks and was thinking of catching up on sleep this weekend, but thought it would be good to work my 450D a bit. It's been "stoning" in the dry box for way too long now.
Hope you are ok with it. If you are, I'll pm my contact to both of you.
Thanks.
