Hw bout lens?? is it possible to trade in the kit lens(18-55) to maybe wide angle?? Me dun realy use it but its ridiculars to sell it to friends since all cameras cums w it..

can i check for 50D, can use film SLR for the exchange? or must be DSLR

can trade in any cam.. I traded in a film cam for 1st purchase, then 2nd time was a fax machine. If u trade in SLR also same price after less.. Just call to check price

can trade in any cam.. I traded in a film cam for 1st purchase, then 2nd time was a fax machine. If u trade in SLR also same price after less.. Just call to check price

Went down to Canon last week and asked them whether videocam can trade in (as I oso have 1 old videocam too), they said yes. For 500D body is $952 but no stock till mid of Sept 09. Hope this help.

EDit: No trade in for Printer, Lenses, any others like fax machine or etc.

What can trade in : any camera but only CANON.

I went to CSC this morning with my old ixus. canon service rep said, due to shortage, there is no stock for 500d kit-II (18-200) and even if i place an order, i would have to wait 1-2 months.. even then they cannot guarantee that i will get it in 2 months....

in the end, ended up placing an order for 500d body alone, which they can get in a few days.

is this true..? do i really have to wait like 1-2 months?
