And badly position too... the legs of the chair intersect with the shoes...i wonder how you use these photos...

underexposed somemore

i think i can do a better job then him ;p

The pictures are really bad.

Under-exposed, very bad lighting, bad posing and angle, dirty camera sensor and probably dusty lense as well.

Yes, all of you are right. When i saw the photos, I told him indirectly too that i dont think the styling is helpful at all or in fact, dont see any styling at all. But the editor told me he ever work with fann and she is so stuck up. And I replied him saying; 'why not, she definitely can afford to be stuck up. ' The stylist then said ayumi is better.

i'm sorry to say this but...

the camera's sensor is dirty. that is the main grouse with the fotos.

anyway, the fotographer somehow managed to make my works look good! :bsmilie:

Have you a deadline for the project?

Could you change the design to drop out the background to avoid having to retouch the black spots?

Something like this:

If you have the time you may be able do it yourself to save some money.

This episode is an eye opener for us all.

think u need to add in some shadow details, otherwise it will look like...

floating legs!!! :sweat::sweatsm:

Omg! My 5 yr old niece can do a better job than that with a normal PnS! Those shots are seriously way below par standard of a product shoot. Everything is just wrong, wrong and wrong. Wrong angle, wrong lighting and wrong camera!

TS, I hope that you can get your justice back from those guys soon.

eiiiwww... the pictures looks bad!

Is that guy a professional? Why is he allowing pictures like that go out?

Also, the pictures isnt flattering for the shoes!

I"ll leave the shadows to you. :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Man...worse than day light robbery....you not only lost time, money and energy....you also lost the opportunity cost....Sion can do 100x better job

I hired someone to edit the dots away for those solely on products only as I thought its not possible to do away the dots on the models legs. As there are 2 shots of the products, one is on white background and the other is on colour. As it will definitely be better to use either white background or color background to put into the website so I told the person editing it to choose the one that is easier.

But in the end, she told me she is not able to do that. As some white background has so many spots that is not possible to take away the dots, same goes for the color background. So in the end, my website has some pics that are color, some that are white background.

And imagine the frustrations that I face at that time as I was 37 weeks pregnant when I was sitting at the studio the whole afternoon making sure they did the shots correctly. And calling him during my confinement, going after him to get a reshoot done.

Does this 'photographer' have a website? Even if he was paid peanuts by the editor, he should never have allowed this type of crap photos to be released to client -- as good as putting a nail to his own coffin.

I am not sure if he has a website. And I cant rem his shop name as well. But is at one corner of down town east. It seems he has many years of experience as he is not a young man. Maybe in his 50s. But seriously, the person to blame is actually the editor-joseph hong. (www.impressionsonline.sg), irreponsible.

To me, whether the mastermind or the hit-man; both are to blame.
