Angel or Butterfly?

That's all for here, folks. You can view all the 36 images here:

We had a full day of fun! I cannot say these were planned shots but rather more of fun shots without any preparation. Just went with flow and took up whatever feel we mustered at that time.

For those whom would like to have a shoot with M, there is an organized shoot by AhV bro here:

It will be the first time for M coming down to Singapore to do a simple shoot. She is still a shy girl but definitely not shy in front of the camera! Good for her but bad for me cos my D80 now is in the workshop under servicing... Argh... Don't miss this opportunity with M!

P/S: I'll be here with M to give a few pointers to participants as well as discussing about photographic techniques. ;)

Wonderful pictures!
How did you get M so well exposed in the light painting pictures? Did you use flash after the painting was done, or was she just not moving for the whole exposure duration?

did you pp her skin etc, i think they look too soft? otherwise, pretty good for candid shots.

Really nice shot. The image is so striking.

nice images..... like how accurately you drew those 'sparklers'

was worried if she had a permanently curved spine LOL !

the sloping horizons didnt distract too much

Flash was definitely used. M was moving during the exposure.

Simple. Just get M to hold onto some small fireworks and move on whatever pattern she wanted. I just keep the shutter open until she finished moving then I closed the shutter. While closing the shutter, put a flash too.
