This is Arsenal's last home game of the season.

I think the team would want to play good football in front of the home fans, beat Chel$ki and take 3rd spot.

AW has quite a few days to prepare for this last home game so I think the Gunner's would be up for it.

Quite alot of motivating factors for the Gunners to win. Think I'll go down to Singapore pools and place some kopi $ on the Gunners!

Rosicky to score! For once I'd like to see AW pump his fist when Arsenal wins tonite! :angry:

2. Gallas scores.

4. Arsenal wins (of course) and AW celebrating infront of Jose Moaning-oh.

I don't bother whether Man U, Arsenal or Liverpool excels next season and will root for any of them as long as they play exciting football. When we fail in anything, we should learn to accept it and move on and stop making unbelievable excuses and blame everyone else but yourself. That is why I will never supported the "moaning" Chelsea.

Arsenal ladies is the has been regarded as one of the strongest team in England for a couple of yrs now.

Chelsea players 'self-confidence' super high.. its like being brainwashed.. whole season they kept on insisting they r the best team in England. In all teams display throughout at lest in the EPL, Man U and Arsenal played the most attractive football, pure entertainment although results dun go the gooner's way most of the time.

Chelsea got a gd coaching staff and a master tactician in Mourinho but his emphasis on mind games really unnecessary at times. All cannot deny his brains in football and his backgrd in learning from the best (inclu capello, Del Bosque etc). If he natured himself into a calm collective manager, he would really be the ONE. Respect is what he lacks when teams beat him. Wenger got the eye for gem but really, he should spend haiz.. Ferguson's experience is still the most useful and his ability to motivate is not weaker than Mourinho. For Benitez, he is a master when plotting against stronger teams but he somehow fumble with his over-tinking. IMHO, these managers sparks life in EPL.

Arsenal youngsters are beginning to hold their ground in the later stages of the season. Hopefully they can mature to become a team technically and sound as the former Man U class of the 90s. $ can't buy a bond team, only a team of superstars.

I think it is not that Wenger is unwilling to spend. There is still the expensive stadium to pay for and I think Wenger has seen his transfer budget cut to 10-15m. This amount can only buy u decent and promising players but not established world class players. So I think Wenger rather buy youth than being out bid by Chelsea for an established player. Chelsea had been out bidding everyone including Man Utd and so u see......

I find the young gunners quite inconsistent... Even henry form is dipping which is a serious concern 2 arsene.. Until now, wenger still cant find a successor to henry or Dennis B.

To be frank, Van Persie isn't tat good.
Emmanuel Adebayor simply just cant seem to find the net nowadays ! :angry:

Arsenal needs 2 more strikers and midfielders who can score like Pires and Ljunberg used to do.

Not to mention defenders and a solid goalkeeper. We need players who are leaders in the field, who would F those that are not playing well. Not just glare and looked pissed.

Sad to say i also agree tat this team is far too weak and inexperienced to win anything next season.

To wenger, the midfield department is already full of young talents. I dun think he would be adding any new players which may demoralise the team spirit esp the youngster looking to break into 1st team. Flamini is complaining lack of 1st team appearance and looking elsewhere. Arsenal already released so many of its promising youth products, Jermaine pendant being one example, david bently another. Both are doing quite well

However, i got a gut feeling tat ribery would be joining gunners. Hleb and Rosicky is taking far too long to settle. One of them goto go to ease the competition.

As for the striker department.
I wouldnt trade Henry for Eto. To survive in EPL, strikers goto be cunning, physical and quick. Henry is full of trickery and its tough marking him.

But henry golden years are slowly starting to fade away... I feel sorry for him, having snub Barcenola and stick with the gunners, and the gunners never failed to fail in every CL campaign under Wenger. A pity that only the CL medal is missing from Henry display cabinet ..err sori hall of fame i meant. Until now no even one at emirates can be considered to be his successor. I wonder why wenger don't consider kevin kuranyni. That guy is young, promising, quick feet, good in the air. An overall striker.

Maybe discuss which striker should arsene consider purchasing ?


Goalie, Scott carson is a good buy. But doubt Benitez would wan to release him :angry:

Next season teams to watch out should be the same: Man U, chelski & Liverpool.
