I didnt watch the Arsenal Manu game as I had to attend a bday dinner.. :cry:
We came back twice after being a goal down against Manu, thats a :thumbsup: sign.
We got 2 points outta 6 from the last 2 games against Liverpool & Manu, Both games we had to chase it after being a goal down... this shows that the team doesn't give up easily.
While Manu broke our 100% record at The Emirates, Arsenal is the first team to score more than 1 goal against them this season. :bsmilie:

new season, new spirit but same old *crap* from arsenal... 1st half we had more than enough possession to overrun man u and the opportunity to create numerous scoring chances but ended up passing the ball and wowing the crowd with intricate movements and not a single solid shot to count for.. not even a corner in the first half, i think..
2nd goal was again a sign of arsenal in their yester years.. defenders all over the place, no one picking up the man u players.. evra simply sprint forward, collected the pass and delivered one to the centre of the BOX to an UNMARKED ronaldo (there was ANOTHER unmarked man u player but cant rem who he was).. defenders should be aware to pick up running man!! Geez....
Steel or not, the gunners still face the long time problem of not being able to convert possession to goals. The only difference this season was that we were lucky to play against smaller teams where this inability got disguised by the few shots that were good enough to hit the net...
I AM PISSED THAT WE DREW! WE SHOULD HAVE BURIED MAN U IN THE FIRST HALF!

Watching the live game...
i have to give credit to manu's defence...they were stubbornly holding onto the ball (or was trying to hold), but as demonstrated, Arsenal offence was too hot for them, broke through. Twice. (what if arsenal had applied the same pressure throughout...could have opened the floodgates and trash manu. kekeke)
ade's goal was wrongly ruled offside. pity
anderson was impressive for manu, he played like a bully, reminds me of edgar davids.
Arsenal's defence had lapses which resulted in letting in two. 2nd manu goal was nice, good passing. But where was the arsenal defender when the the two manu players came cutting in? Sigh
Quite evenly matched considering the performance by both sides. I felt we would have won if there was much more urgency, and denying manu to hold the ball to control the tempo. We gave quite a few passes away unneccessarily. :sweat:
Anyway... im looking forward to the next encounter at Old T. :bsmilie:
