Taken with 7D + CZ Distagon T* 35mm f/2 @ Kew garden. Quick little fellow... had to lure his to pose with some cranberry bun... hahaha
Very cute squirrel. Considering is a 35mm, must be quite near to capture this. The Zeiss 35/1.4 is now available and photos are gradually being posted on FM . However, I think that the 35/2 is probably a more practical lens.
I noticed that the ZE lenses has a lighter colour tone, brighter and has less vignetting wide opened than my Contax N. I am unsure if this is what is called "optimized for digital", different post processing techniques, or simply different lighting conditions?
When you have the time, can you just post a photo of the multi-coating sheen on your ZE lens. I would like to see what is the colour difference between the multi-coating of Kyocera and Cosina-Voigtlander.
This is Zeiss optics image with original and rich colours. You get what you see.Beautiful.
I like this photo too. It feels so alive as if you are standing right in front of the playground. I especially like the way this lens renders the clouds. You can see how fluffy the clouds are.
