Any tips for buying a diamond ring?

I got mine from a wholesaler who does colored diamonds in Hongkong.
diamonds from wholesalers cost 60-40% less than shops, then we got it set in Singapore.

you can get online, where certified diamond wholesalers provide conflict free diamonds, diamonds are not taken from war ridden countries, such as Brillant Earth company, which mines diamonds from environmentally substainable places as well as countries where Africans are not killed while mining the diamonds. They are expensive, but at least you can get the stones guilt free, knowing that the diamonds you bought did not come from the Blood of miners.

get a smaller sized cubic zirconia, beware that it will be super bling bling, but alot cheaper

Natural Diamonds (Not Man Made) have colors like Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Black and more!!!

A Clean Blue Diamond of 0.3ct will cost more than a Colorless Diamond of 1.0ct due to the amount of the Blue Diamond is less in the mother earth.

when i was younger my siblings and me shared money and bought a 1 carat cubic zirconia for my mother, she was soooooo happy

I think mom will always appreciate to receive a gift from her children, regardless it is diamond, zirconia, gold ring or whatever. It is not the $$$ but its simply the thought that you have her in your heart.

don't know leh...some woman really amazing...they can see the diamond not so good one..even if buy the largest..and some wants the brand...so technically it is 4Cs +1 B(Brand)

i have seen some of my friends...their bloody proposal ring can use to renovate a 4room HDB.all these RPA(Rich Ppl Association) damn fierce

I have spend a lot of money on Precious Stone but end up no value…..:cry:

Pay a Natural Alexandrite for S$5000++ but when I wanna to sell back to shops, the best price is only S$2200 plus Gold ring together. :bheart:
