Read in the papers that camera phones are not allowed.

that's becos the contest organisers can't download the pics from the camera phones easily mah. furthermore, the pic quality sucks for anything less than a 2mp camera phone. if camera phones all used similar memory cards as digital cameras, i'm sure they would be allowed in the photomarathon.
