i usually don't shoot this type of shot, because ir on a non-modded cam for people usually gives blurred results, which can work sometimes, but people cannot be controlled :dunno:

i iniitially thought you altered the appearance of the grey wall and the banners as they look lighter than normal, while the door looks just al'rite.

hrm, might be to do with lighting :dunno:

after all, the door is more like to be in shadow.. exposing for it risks slight overexposure of the outer walls

i can see details, but it is more like "shadow detail" rather than properly exposed railway.

hehehe i think based on most online calibration tests (like white/black range) my monitor should have problems with white stuff rather than dark stuff

monitor calibration makes a whole world of difference though; this afternoon i redid quite a few photographs that i thought were ok in the past.
