in my opinion, i thought the shadow area in the top right of the building can be lightened slightly but not totally so that the vignette on top can be relatively maintained. that may be my preference but wonder what u think.

and always like the color and texture rendering you have in pictures like #52. and composition is seamless too.

ahahaha you caught me there

the vignetting was added as an afterthought because of the use of gnd here.. happily darkened that part of the picture (the building).. so in an attempt to "conceal" it i just added vignetting all around :bsmilie:

maybe i should have taken out the gnd and did a hdr proper without it. this was shot in raw and tone mapped from there.

you are ok with the cropping in #52? i tried a 16:9 vertical here, not sure if it works.. am literally two minds about it.

oh, because panoramic verticals are not so common i guess..

Loved the sky, but was in a rush, this is more of a record shot than anything else. Picture is soft, probably due to handshake, and yes, I know the distortion, especially on the bicycle's rear wheel is horrible. It's a beautiful sky though, and I wish I could have done it better.

Have another shot after this, but have not gone around to tweaking it yet, don't think it's very saveable either, should be another record shot. A pity.

It's definitely a different view of hong kong.
I have been there a couple of times, and you have lots of pics that I don't have.
Seeing your pics, remind me a lot of my happy times in hong kong.
I will surely visit hong kong again soon.
