I like this shot. You have an eye for photography.

importantly she shoots with intention so often there is a clear story behind the shots...unlike me (don't dare to say other people)...shoot first, talk later...:bsmilie::bsmilie:

Try again,

While everyone is busy shooting Bagan's sunset on the top of a temple, here is a temple standing under the grey sky with tall wild grass in the front, silently telling its glory pass and hopeless present

Many thanks to SK1968, otherwise your guys would not have chance to see this photo:)

Yupe!
Many thanks to our chivalrous knight SK1968, as always (since our fateful trip to Bali).
We can always count on SK1968. Some more our knight has got a new ThinkTank harness so he is d*mn good mood today!
Anyway, coming back to the picture.
My comments: "Wooooaaahhh! Mai-siao-siao ah! Got bokeh one leh! From P&S leh. No horse run ah, no horse run!"

Translation for the benefits of our Ang Moh teammates: "Wow, this is no joke! Such a wonderful bokeh it has. And to imagine, this is a shot taken by a Point-and-shoot compact camera. Gosh, this is a piece wonderful work that simply cannot be ignored!"

Translation to mainland Chinese: "哇!这可不是开玩笑般的相片呀!利用浅景深来衬托出前景。况且又是用卡片式数码相机照的。非同小可呀!“

ChubbyKei,

You are everyone's sunshine, so keep staying here, or the forum will be grey :)

Wow lau, I'm lost too! Stopped at page 2, suddenly jumped to page 15. Oh dear, what's happening????:dunno::think:

Tks and you are welcome. I must say I really like the ELP of yours. Maybe I will get one in near future :)
Please waste no time, go and get it now! Hurry....:bsmilie::sticktong

Serene, it is page 45+15 now, many many good photos in front, I am busy saving all the time. No lawyer here right?

While outside the temple, I saw this little boy with his mother and brother (I presume)...

Video of our Dinner at Queen House Bagan Restaurant

Well, what was so fascinating about this particular dinner here at this particular restaurant was - the 23 of us were the only diners for the night.
And as the guards, the cooks, the waiter and waitresses, the musicians and the dancers awoke hastily from their slumbers...
and as the restaurant ground began to be illuminated part by part as they turned different sections of the lights on...
and as the food began to stream in from the kitchen together with the various types of arthropods that got attracted to the table candles...
and as the cooks finished cooking, and quickly changed and become transformed into the dancers and musicians...

... we came face to face with an interesting ensemble and the troupe of dancers.
What unique dances!

Here we were simply walking around the ground like event shooters.

And here! This one where the male clown dancer was dancing that Mingalaba dance, while LowLights sat smiling quietly to himself.
Looking closely we could see SereneXMM stuffing a 1000Kyat into an unspeakable part of his anatomy.
Wei... who was it that started the stuffing of the 1000Kyat thingy yah??! Hahaha...

limwhow #132
Here our Mingalaba clown was developing some epileptic seizures after receiving too many 1000Kyat notes on his head.
Must have caused too much electrical signal being stimulated in his brain... Hahaha..!

limwhow #133
And as if the Mingalaba musicians know the magic word, they all shouted *"Huat Ah...!".
Wah lau, that was THE magic word that struck right into the hearts of this group of photographers.
So of course they also all 'Huat' together in terms of 1000Kyat notes lor...

* Translation for our Ang Moh teammates:- Huat in Hokkien means "Strike it Rich!".

A lot of kids we encountered in Myanmar get used to beg or demand something from tourists, but this little girl, maybe 3 or 4 years old, is helping her mother, untie the string. When I took her photo, she simply ignored me and very concentrated on her job. Thumb to her!
Welcome on board. Thanks for sharing this. Pse keep posting.

White cow in India is very holy, how come a holy cow is used as a transportation tool here in Myanmar, and in Singapore's old days?
