Usually when the forecast states a "Chance of Thunderstorm", there really will be a good chance the rain will come in the later part of the afternoon or early evening. If things go well, there should be cloudy skies in the 1st half of the day.

if we going to meet others at the kallang mrt, den would be earlier, cos i might take about 1/2 hr from there, so 8 is latest time i should leave from kallang mrt, give 15mins grace, meet them at 745am, so we should meet about 715-730am at my lobby...
