Actually I find it ok (may be crop away?).... my suggestion is just wait a bit darker..before it turn black....it may turned out purple blue...

looks like the lighting situation stretched the lens' limits. the plants at the bottom are almost out of focus. the sign at the top a little blown out by the spotlights. really tough situation to get a good shot.

i know whats wrong.. fullerton building.. not even.. bridge also.. all one up one down.. but kinda good to merge the picture.. abit more effort.. and you get it..​

Was on tripod but i think was on auto focus point so only certain parts are focused... pic is actually quite bad...only like it for the colors/ambience

Original pic actually very bright...purposely convert to BW and darkened it to give it a completely different effect.
