each sequence is about 300-400 shots at 2-3s intervals and then strung together in quicktime.
 

I like the last sequence best. Thanks for sharing and now waiting for the finished product also.
 

The final product -- decided to merge with some footage shot in other parts of China, ie Zhangjiajie (Wulingyuan) and Seda (Larung Gar):

Inspiring stuff. I'd love to go shoot China one day. One question: So you timed your shots to between 2-3s interval right? Did you measure how much movement between each interval or just roughly gauge by hand?

My camera has a built in intervalometer. As for interval depends on the scene, could be 2s up to 15s.
