Alright, level with me, ClubSnap users. How much better is the X20 over the X10 I bought three months ago? Just a little better, or are we talking night and day levels of improvement?

Frankly, I don't know. But I've had my X10 for more than a year, and I love it so much I don't mind paying even for "minor" upgrades.

That said, I am really really wanting the EVF (or hybrid OVF or whatever is the official name). It's major and good to have, for me.

It's not out yet, nobody knows for sure. But the new sensor has been proven in XE1 and XPro1 to be excellent performer, probably better than the one in X10. Removing the AA filter might enhance the sensor's resolution (I can see the difference from my Pentax K-5IIs over K-5), plus much faster AF (well, have to trust Fuji's words for now), much more useful OVF (the one on X10 is a gimmick to me, never liked it), a useful Fn button and probably some other tweaks here and there, I'm guessing it'd be a better camera that's for sure.

Worth it or not, it depends on if you'd like to have these improvement in your X10. I myself am very interested in the silver one It's gonna fight for a place in my pocket w/ the RX100 which I just got.

Yeah, I said 'pocket' really mean a carry-around-everywhere camera. Even the Sony RX100 is a bit too big to put in a pocket other than a jacket pocket.

Today's Digital Life reported that the X20 will be available next month at RRP 899. I think it's a reasonable price

899 is a RRP. Can probably get it cheaper at local shops, of course not as cheap as at Amazon or Japan.
