X-Pro 1 User Group


Any inherited issue of x-pro 1 ?
 

just want to check....is there any shutter release remote available or suitable for xpro1? any idea?

Tried find for it some time back and came up empty....Seem Xpro1 don't support any remote release, only mech cable kind.

U mean those old school type of shutter release? And u have to stopwatch ur own time right?

Bulb mode, and stopwatch
 

guess i ll have to go old school manual cable release.....any idea where in sg selling these? saw in amazon thou...

Saw them at orient photo.
 

Hmp....checked the xe1 specs...it stated that remote control rr-80 by fuji is optional and usable.....and xe1 seems to use the sqmeusb connector as xpro1 usb2.0 ......anyone think that rr-80 can actually work on xpro1 or we need to wait for another firmware to enable it a xpro1 after launch of xe1

Any idea where I can get the replacement hood for the 35mm lens.. 3rd party or original is fine.

Cant seem to find it on ebay.

I have the screw on hood also but need to put filter so dun quite like it..

I am using a vented metal hood. Works just fine. $7.89 USD. Sorry for the crappy phone pic.

Actually, the rectangular twist on/off lens hoods that came with the XF lenses are most effective is cutting out stray unwanted light and flare. But if you have other considerations, then other hoods may be more suitable.

I hv always shot the XF lenses with the original rectangular hoods. Pretty happy with them.

i like the original hood too..

think my initial post was misleading..

what i meant was original Fuji or OEM made rectangular hood..
cause i do not use filters..

any case..
