<wonglp> Traveling with my mirrorless pen

Yes the Pinnacle is worth the $5 entry fee. Best to go there around sunset time. I gather it's the best time to shoot.

I am one who loves to shoot buildings, so the FE is useful for that purpose. I am on the lookout for a used 9-18mm m43 lens :-)

My godsis stays there, so I can go there free, though hardly can find time to shoot in Singapore:) I just gotten a used 7-14, hopefully can put to use soon. Meanwhile 2 more FE shots in Melbourne to share, hope you will like it.

#118 St Paul Cathedral, Melbourne.

Thank you Basu1 for visiting the thread, your IR pictures are very nice too!

Was in Melbourne for 4 days, Woke up for sunrise 3 out of the 4 days, walk 20minutes to princess bridge from hotel. First day was too cloudy didn't see any sunrise at all, the other day look out window same went back sleep, luckily the last day was a fruitful one. Did a long exposure of 17sec, F13. Using E-M5+9-18mm lens. Using 3 stops GND filter, has a bit of purplish cast which is kinda nice (I feel), not sure what other feel about this.

Thanks for encouraging words bro! can't really say wonderful compare to likes of yours, edutilos, scintt, soulfly, stefan and many others. Been using pen and m43 since launch 3 years back, no regrets about it, still learning and have fun with it everyday, that's most important part I feel. Going into more serious landscapes early this year after some years of photography, so hopefully the images may help some decide coming into the system. thanks for dropping by again.

Strangely, I feel giddy looking at this shot. LOL... probably the combination of the orientation and fisheye projection.

Hmm... very tempted by the Samyang FE. Sharp, very well controlled CA and flare (as can be seen here). And cheap, too!

Nice series, though! Enjoying it very much. =)

#109 A bright cloudy day @ Flinder's St Station & St Paul Cathedral.

Was trying to do sunrise shoot at Yarra river but too many clouds and blocked out the sun, turns out though the fluffy clouds were really nice & coupled with ultra wide Fisheye lens combination, nothing short of dramatic shot! E-M5+ Samyang Fisheye 7.5mm/3.5.

Keep it up.

Thanks for the continuous encouragement, appreciate it very much!

Oops, sorry for causing the giddy, can understand the giddiness as it struck me too after taking this shot :bsmilie: Love the fisheye too, certainly cheaper than 8mm Panasonic version albeit no AF, that's fine for the focal length. Thanks for the nice comments.
Following shot, hopefully not giddy for you. A 60s long exposure shot with 10 stop ND filter.

#132 Sydney Harbor Bridge & Opera House.

A hasty shot as colleagues were waiting for me, some blown highlights at opera house, though I like how the pavement leads to the opera house.
