Will Greece be expelled from the European Union?

Don't take this question seriously, I'm so economist or something just thinking only....

What will happen and what will EU and other western countries do if let say China helps Greece? do you thin they will allow it?

What are they going to do with all that olive oil ............. .....:bsmilie:

I think it would help if they simply organize more tours to Greece instead..........:)

Grecce will be saved eventually. EU, IMF or even China will save it. It is all about $.

My question now to you bro

Since you know all these stuffs I hope you have done your part in helping or providing solution in your own little way?

There's a difference between knowing and doing nothing.... than knowing and doing something or at least try contribute to a solution in your own little way.....

I and many of my friends and acquaintances help for some time with money and donations in kind to the people of Greece. We do something with our modest means.

Personally I have little sympathy for the Greeks. They brought it upon themselves with decades of over borrowing and overspending. Great benefits for the civil servants, inefficient workforce, tremendous loopholes for tax dodgers in a country that has next to nothing in terms of natural resources to export. For years the Greeks spent like no tomorrow with the assumption that they would never need to pay back and the other EU states were more than happy to lend them the money. The Greek economic tragedy is even larger than when Argentina had it's financial crisis. Argentina had a far smaller debt, an export economy of raw commodities and enjoyed a commodities boom. The Greeks have no hope other than ditching the Euro. They would be better off to swop their country with all the desperate African migrants who are so keen to enter Europe. Obviously the rich and the smart among Greeks have siphoned away money and have left Greece a long time ago, enjoying life in some other country.

Did they really need to host the 2004 Olympics? 9 billion wasted...

Actually the far far more worrisome problem is the melting China stock market. Temasek Holdings has 27% of its portfolio in it.

You mean the hot air bubble is cooling down to normal temperature? The entire market appears rather like a country casino than a stock market.

I don't know why u all bother to help.

Greeks don't bother to pay their due tax. So obviously they are not even saving themselves.

But Temasek boasted their high earnings couple of days ago!

Decline in China's stock exchanges continues. A great global crisis is coming.

Almost half of the shares has now been suspended from trading.

All stock exchange (worldwide) are casinos. Each player gambles with air bubbles,
and bursting now.

No comparison with Greece, there can help the EU if it wants to.

In PRC, any Ah Pig Ah Dog company can conveniently be listed on the Stock Exchange with doctored accounts and financial reports. All the more that you have to be wary of the stocks that you buy into .......... :)

Greece will provide Singapore with many great opportunities to buy residential and commercial properties cheap cheap.

Many Singaporeans with a keen sense of opportunities are there or on the way there now.

Please bring lots of cash for spending money as many banks are not open. :)

There is something fundamentally wrong with the concept of the Euro.

That's why Margaret Thatcher never want to be part of EU. She knew its not fundamentally right
