nice fotos... reminded me of why I got tis cam in the 1st place...

but yeah, I agree tat it's performance in low-light leaves much to be desired... btw, u were saying 1 disadvantage of FL-36 is it's long recharge between shots... may I ask wat's the avg timing? thanks in advance...

I, too, am lookin 4 a hotshoe flash... but like fitlies, kinda heavy-hearted to make such a purchase... hmm, i wonder if he has gotten it already...

nope I didn't get mine after all. 'cause I figure out that I don't really need it for my usage? so yeahh... touch your heart and ask yourself if you have gotten it, will you really use it, Elriond. If yes, I guess it's worth the plunge. If not, don't aye.

Having the FL36, does open up more option in your FZ50... and is very useful for event shooting

The FZ50's internal flash is quite good too... (below photo taken using internal flash)

As the FL36 is a TTL flash, the re-charge time depend on the distance of the subject and the lighting condition... average 2 ~ 8 sec on a pair of 2000mAH batteries...
