Why CP sell so exp bags?

i use with the deluxe harness... with a toploader 75, so my cam will be at the back when not in use, when i use, the 75 will be empty, on my right side is all the lens case, on the left side is all the accessories pouch. easier to reach than from the bags

I bought the TLZ 1 at CP and IIRC the tag was $50 but it was marked down to $25.

I saw on a US retailer website and it was selling at US$25.
