who are divers on CS?

ok. dayang??? kind of sian of that place & tioman liao. clocked most my dives there.

another place to explore is Pulau Weh - Most Western Tip of Indonesia. However can't go back there due to Aceh. A lot of logistic works have to be done to get to P. Weh. The place is nice & not spoilt by divers yet. Most of the divers who went there are mainly backpackers. at most 3-4 dive shops on the island.

well im still a newbie diver mah. so any dives is good for me somemore this time of the year dayang quite good for sighting bigger fishes i heard.

OH yeah i heard about that. one of the DI in manado told me, he just came down from there to manado, lots of big fishes also

No strobe except for the built in one.

And for those that cameras uses the PT-10. Well Rental is $20 per weekend. (Friday night to Sunday Night)

Amed - a less touristy place. Good dive

Padang Bay - rich corals

Secret Bay - shhhh...thats my secret......

Menjagan Marine Park - not my fav thou but the peace & tranquil surrounding, with Lombok nearby....really makes me want to retire now and go diving....

Wished you all a fantastic trip there....

Well I almost become one ghost.

I was hit by a 4+ knot current at Nusa Perneda. :bigeyes:

Swept out to the open waters and then dropped from 10+m to almost 40m at one breathe. The bubbles smash back to my mask, I was spinnin and my DC & guage & power inflator were in front of my mask's glass. The other hand was holding to my brand new S40 & housing (on it's madien dive)

Still cannot see. :sweat:

Liao lor. :cry: Rather face DCS than to drown. And remember a Balinese friend sharing the same experience and his solution : Pump BC to FULL ++ and head upwards. (the last time this happened was during my pool session during OWD days :angel: ).

My DC did not screem until the last 5m. That was how strong the current was.

The 2x 250hp speed boat took over 7 mins to reach me from the drop point
I was pulled onboard, still breathing thru my reg. Totally shaken. :what:

Still have 190bar left in the tank tot....dive time 7 mins. Dunno whether to log this dive or count as aborted dive. DM says log, as my DC reported a dive. OK lor.... got another free dive at a less shiong site later....
