ya. grasshopper in front of the grass.

so are you getting the A99?

Undecided, will need to wait for detailed, professional reviews and some hands-on time. Might get it or go for a D4

woah... the DARK SIDE??!

I shoot with Nikon kit too... the right tools for the job. Id still keep the a900 for those gorgeous skin tones at low ISO, but might get a d4 for the recent event shooting jobs I get where high ISO can help

I read somewhere
"Newbie look for gears; Professional look for lights; Master look for vision".

Might want to take a look at D3s. Their high ISO performance are actually not very far apart. In fact many prefer D3s over D4 in high ISO noise.

Yeah but I do love the backlit buttons on the D4. Makes shooting in dark areas and changing settings a breeze.

Kit lens is the way to go.

70-200mm f2.8 kit lens is also a kit lens. :bsmilie:

Where have you ever seen a camera bundled with a 70-200 as kit?

Say, I was thinking about purchasing some stuffs from them. Are they much more expensive? Cause I thought the prices were quite decent but do correct me if I am wrong.

Example, the Sigma 30mm f1.4 is selling on DigitalRev for about +/- SGD 550.00 (USD 450.42) whereas on CS marketplace, users are selling between SGD 420.00 - SGD 480.00.
