Where to BUY kites in the West

in case anyone is still looking for a kite, i just saw one, at a shop at Woodlands MRT. Its the one near the toilet, and a decent sized kite goes for about 6 bucks and a spool of kite string for about 10, iirc. =)

if not mistaken, some kites in the pic are those super good kites and premier kites and he selling cheap. I not sure is it real one.

I am actually trying to get a box kite....alot of the kites i see are made of flimsy plastic sheets ...... I used to have one made of solid synthetic cloth that was very durable

ok, confirm is imiation kites. He told me is China kites.
My friend went down had a look this afternoon and found out.
Anyway not much different, unless encounter little wind, then expensive still can maintain at sky longer.
Carbon fibre rod not as solid as genuine. Sail material also different.
BUT Price alot cheaper. LOL

Yes, there are fake/imitation/clone kites...

example the Wala sold here is fake/clone of the Wala from Flying Wings. The original do not have the orange and green colours...
