Bro... how to shoot with AI servo?? I still not understand the concept...
Erm, you have to choose a AI Servo option that best suit your shooting needs. I used the 2nd one: Continue to track subject, ignoring possible obstacles.
The AI Servo will continuously track your subject lock the AF points on your subject as they move (as long as you keep half-press the shutter button). Under 2nd option, the AI will lock on the subject even if the subject gets blocked from time to time. Got 6 options to choose from, found on manual, page 85.![]()
Thanks AvSq....... I seldom do sports, and movable objects... but seems like time to try that out..... I was try to shoot a gal with her turning to try to capture the hair, but all attempts were OFF.... :embrass:
I see.. if that's the case, you need to use AI Servo with some high speed bursting.. these kind of thing need abit of luck also one :bsmilie:
For that flock of birds, I think I've fired 10 over shots, only that one I've posted seemed ok. Also because the bird's movements are erratic.
So you sub-machine gun those birds with 5D3??
I was on 400D when I tried that shot, and I think that was the other reason for OFF.... if I had my Machine Gun 7D with me that day..... lol.....
