My buddy bought one 50mm, f1.8 at MSColour AMK for $199 today. New stocks arrived @ approx 6.30pm just now

now i feel really luck to get it about 6 months earlier... just for 65USD

the price has nearly doubled, but every store doesn't have it right now...

sony 50mm f1.8 looks good man.
looks like i going to grab 1 from MSColor.

i compare this new sony 50mm 1.8 against the KM 50mm 1.7 and it seems the sony one is brighter.

bokeh results are better on the KM though.

I don't think so... The first tests showed the Sony to have far better bokeh.

Love the 50mm 1.8, it is a very fun lens to play with.
