Have the money right now for a 70mm-200mm f2.8 VR but so worried about spending something that costs more than my D70. On the other hand if I get the equivalent Sigma I worry I might regret it. So I still sit here & brood about it while I miss all the shots that I could get.

Bodies are the cheapest and most often replaced item, actually most of Nikkor's top end lenses cost way more than just 1 body, overlook it, just BITE N..

It is worth the effort to buy the lens, your lens price will not drop as fast as your D70 ... :bsmilie:
