okie just arrived today!finally..items intack, they wrapped it up in a huge plastic envelope and shipped it over. Its a bag, so does not really matter if it gets knocked against something or what. Bag is definitely new of course..haha.

If you want to save some money and do not mind waiting aroudn 2 weeks for the bag, this is definitely a good way to buy domke. Anyway i saw another CSer also buying bags from this ebay store before, so i am not the only lucky one..

Mine favourite has got to be the J2. Size's just right with generous side pockets. Though the J-series is better padded than the F-series, it still moulds well around the body and doesn't have the hard boxy feel. I also have the J3 for single body single lens ocassions. And the canvas F-802 I use as day bag for books and laptop. I've gone through some Lowepros and Billinghams and I think Domkes are the best shoulder bags around imo.

I have the J2... so far it only moulds around the leather part of the hand grip... but not an issue.. just wipe it off and air it occasionally.. the J series is :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

the bag is quite soft, hence it will be collapsing on itself when you don't have many things in it.

OK, these are my likely gear for a short day trip (eg: a short hike):

1. Oly E-1 with 14-54mm
2. ZD 40-150mm
3. PnS
4. FL-50 (optional)

For a photoshoot trip, the above plus:
5. Grip and battery
6. Old RF
7. ZD 50mm

So can J3 carry all (#1-7)? I think J2 should be no problem.
