What is your favourite DOMKE bag?

Thanks for clarifying . I am holding back to get the F6 as it could be too small for me, being neither here nor there in terms of the things I like to drag around. I could just end up with the F1 :bsmilie:

i got the F6 and J1. most of the time i travel real light. what u see in the pics, i don't even carry all of those. i normally go out with 2 lens 1 body. i don't even bring a flash because i enjoy shooting with available light. when i went KL for work, i just packed the flash in for the indoor work i need to cover. thats abt it. the J1 is when i need to bring pocketwizards, etc etc. it is more of a gear tranporter. i dun enjoy carrying alot of stuff if i know i need to move around alot.

have the J803 (ballistic nylon) for day to day work; i bring either D3 + primes or R4A + 28mm/50mm)

F2 for when i need to bring lots of equipment + F3X olive green when i bring D3 + R4A

really liked the domke for walkaround.

for bringing my equipment in airport - then use think tank glass taxi but store by domke in luggage. at destination, think tank stays at hotel, while domke's out for walkabout.

problem w domke is difficult to bring tripod along.

Just got a F3X and it's a WOW. A small bag with a big space. The two pockets (inside) hold lens or flash and still there is aplenty space for the camera with lens attached in the middle. The zip compartment inside the cover (flap) can hold passport and other travel document. The front and side pocket are additional space for more stuff if you wish. I have yet to travel with it but can confidently say it will be an excellent one for travelling.

I like F6

When I compared F6 with F3X, actually not much different in size, but F6 has more space inside. It comes with this nice pad insert.

Can put 4 betta fishes inside it.

F6 indeed has more internal space length-wise but the depth is shallower than F3X. If you intend to carry long lens, F3X would be a better choice. I also find the external side pockets of the F3X useful to carry water bottle. Nevertheless, both are good bags.

I use to own an olive green F2 but sold it off thinking that I may not wanna use it anymore...However, kinda regretted selling it...Thus I've just ordered for myself an F2 again..from adorama...this time round, Grey in colour(limited edition)...cant wait for it to reach my doorsteps!!!

I have tried the F2, F-3x, and used the F-3X the longest (1 in sand, which was later sold for a RuggedWear one). It practically swallow everything. I preferred very much a satchel, and went onto other bags.

I have sold everything, and now only has 1 ... the F-803!

Get a F-2. Don't think the F-3x can hold all the stuff you listed.

That's a lot of stuff to carry. The F3X will not do but the F2 would. Dunno about the F6. Have you considered the F804?

yeah i believe the F3x cant, i even tried the F3 which is slightly bigger. However i did try the F6 and it can actually squeeze all in! F2 is really big! i already have a bag for my full battle order, only next time then buy F2 if that fails on me.

I'm also eyeing the F803, for school next time! that one can put laptop right?
